Terrace Townsend is an Atlanta-based serial entrepreneur, speaker, and certified life coach, currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration. With over a decade of experience in business consulting, brand strategy, and event management, Terrace is best known for her innovative thinking, dynamic leadership, and results-driven approach to helping others thrive.

As the founder of LIC Business Solutions and LIC Event Co., Terrace has helped over 100 entrepreneurs successfully launch and grow their businesses. Her strategic programs empower clients to build purposeful brands, streamlined operations, and sustainable growth from the ground up.

Her career spans roles with Fortune 500 companies and renowned institutions. At CBRE, the world’s #1 commercial real estate services firm, she led marketing and business analysis initiatives related to office brokerage, tenant representation, leasing services, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. At Texas Instruments, she directed the Early Engagement Team, playing a key role in onboarding top tech clients and expanding corporate partnerships.

Terrace has also partnered with notable organizations such as The Big Ten Network, The Aitch Foundation, The University of Notre Dame, and Heraeus Kulzer, delivering impactful marketing and experiential campaigns.
